Contemplative Photography
- Exploring Everyday moments of quiet reflection
Contemplative photography is a practice that combines mindfulness and contemplative awareness with the art of photography.
It emphasises the delicate present moment and involves slowing down, observing with intention, and allowing images to reveal themselves naturally - rather than forcing compositions.
Anna combines contemplative practices with photography, soundscapes, poetry and creative prose to explore themes of impermanence, interconnectedness, the wisdom of nature’s grace, and our profound relationship with place. All photos featured here are by Anna.
